FishXing reports passage conditions for each culvert in a unique and insightful manner. It identifies flows in which various barrier types occur and reports the proportion of flow between QLP and QHP meeting all fish passage criteria. The Fish Passage Summary Table in the Output Summary Window gives the passage conditions for the range of flows defined by the Low and High Fish Passage flows:
The High and Low passage design flows
Percent of the flow range that is passable
Barriers and flow range associated for each type of barrier
Note: Passage may also be expressed as the degree that the culvert is a barrier, which is called "barrierity", and is related to percent passage as (1- Percent Passage/100) .
