CHANGE_C1 This identifies parcels that were residential in ec90 but not in 2K (change_c1 = 1). Parcels were selected based on the criteria :"ERC1" = 0 AND "IN_UGB" = 1 AND "RES_RATIO" > .95 AND "RMVIMP" > 15000 AND "ERC12" <> 12. For these parcels, the ERC1 value was changed from 0 to 1. In a second round the following criteria were applied : "ERC1" = 0 AND "IN_UGB" = 1 AND "RES_RATIO" > .85 AND "ERC12" = 0. For these parcels, change_c1 = 2 and the ERC1 value was changed from 0 to 1. CHANGE_C2 This identifies parcels that contain residential cells from ec90 (Change_c2 = 1).Parcels were selected based on the criteria : "ERC1" = 0 AND "IN_UGB" = 1 AND "ACRES" > 1.5 AND "RES_RATIO" < "THRESHOLD" AND "RES_RATIO" <> 0. For parcels meeting the criteria but with ERC12 = 12, change_c2 = 2. For parcels with change_c2 = 1, the residential cells within the parcel become residential in the lulc2K grid assembly. ISE
CHURCH Based on owner name search this field identifies church ownership The ERC1 and lulc2K values are based on property class code. This results in a significant number of churches showing as residential in lulc. ISE
DUPCOUNT Identifies parcels with duplicate backlink numbers. Used to locate parcels for checking and clarifying the rural structures process.
