Paper copies of proceedings are available for the meetings listed below. These past proceedings were once sold for $10 each, but you may obtain them by making a donation to the scholarship fund. You determine the amount of the contribution!
Also available: "My Recollections of the First Years in Forest Entomology", written by H.E. Burke (June 28, 1946). A commemorative edition was published in honor of Ralph C. Hall for the 1993 WFIWC held in Sacramento, CA.
