Instructions for Posters

What is a Poster? A poster presentation is a graphic display of topics of interest to forest health practitioners incorporating text, figures, and/or tables. Space available for each display is limited to no larger than 4 feet by 4 feet (122 cm X 122 cm). The display boards are a nominal 4X8 feet, so each side will have two posters attached to it. Push-pins will be provided. Presenters should be available at their posters during the session to discuss their presentations with meeting attendees.

How to submit a poster: Please submit the title of your poster on the registration form for the conference.

Poster Setup: Suggested times for putting up posters are Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Please contact Tom Eckberg, or inquire at the registration table for appropriate places to display your poster.

It is the responsibility of the poster presenter to put up their poster prior to the poster session and take it down Wednesday evening (after the poster session) or Thursday. If you are not going to be attending the conference or need to leave the poster session early, please find a responsible person to care for your poster.
