The poster session at the Western Forest Insect Work Conference will be held on Tuesday, November 4th from 6-9 p.m. with authors present from 6-7 p.m.
DISPLAY SPACE
Each poster must be contained within the 53 x 47 inch (135 x 120 cm) space provided. Composition of the poster board is hard plastic, so posters will be taped (tape will be provided). The frame is metal and nothing should be attached to the metal frame. If you need more space or have other considerations, please contact Joel McMillin.
LANGUAGE OF POSTERS
Posters may be presented in either English or Spanish; however, we strongly recommend that a written summary in both English and Spanish be attached to or included in all posters. During the time when authors are present at their posters we will also try to have a group of translators available to facilitate bilingual discussions.
REGISTRATION
In the meeting registration form we have asked that people identify whether they intend to present a poster, and to list the title. We will keep track of this information but also ask that you send the information listed below via e-mail to: Joel McMillin (jmcmillin@fs.fed.us) by September 1st
