Abstract:
Willamette River Basin Development 2050 native species richness is the output from the wildlife habitat and biodiversity models. In the habitat maps for each native species, any location with a final score of 5 or greater is considered a source of a viable population. All locations with scores of 5 or greater were summed to create this map.
Purpose:
The native species richness dataset provides a spatial framework for visualizing native wildlife diversity and population change within and across the five Alternative Scenarios.
