Research Interests: Mycorrhizal fungi, quantification of ectomycorrhiza diversity, mycorrhizal ecology of plant establishment, sporocarp biomass production, biodiversity,  rhizosphere biology. 

Also, I am interested in conducting research that will obtain the site-specific information that is necessary to evaluate the economic potential of our native Oregon Culinary Truffle industry.
