This data set is available from the WAC Corporation in Eugene, Oregon. They are true color aerial photographs at a scale of 1:24000. The stereographic photos were taken in May and June of 1993 and cover the Willamette valley floor from below Eugene to as far north as McMinnville and Oregon City. We used these photos to identify forest stands for cover percentages. We also used them to help interpret training and testing polygons as a supplement to the Farm Service Agency slides, with the knowledge that they could not be used for land cover types that had changed from 1992 to 1993.
