Project Subcommittee Meetings

Work Sessions

To facilitate the development and analysis of specific topics or projects, the IMST may form subcommittees. The function of a subcommittee is to complete assignments as directed by the Team. Written products or analyses of subcommittees must be submitted to the full Team for discussion and revision prior to final adoption by the Team. Subcommittees typically consist of three Team members and are assisted by one or more members of IMST’s technical support staff. Subcommittees meeting with three or more Team members are held as public meetings, however, subcommittees of four or more members may not take any formal actions such as voting.
