July 25, 2011--Letter report to Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife reviewing ODFW's April 2011 draft Lower Columbia White Sturgeon Conservation Plan. This review was requested by ODFW.
October 6, 2010--Letter report to Oregon Departments of Forestry and State Lands reviewing the Elliott State Forest's draft Habitat Conservation Plan and Environment Impact Statement. This review was requested by ODF & DSL.

July 26, 2010--Letter report to the Oregon Water Resources Department reviewing OWRD's June 4, 2010 draft document titled White Paper: Ecological Flows: a scientific framework for implementing Oregon HB 3369. This review was requested by OWRD.
January 15, 2010--Letter report to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality reviewing ODEQ's November 2009 draft document titled Development and Selection of Bedded Sediment Benchmarks in Oregon. This review was requested by ODEQ.
October 6, 2009--Letter report to the Governor's Natural Recource Office (GNRO) reviewing ODFW's draft Lower Columbia River Conservation and Recovery Plan for Oregon Populations of Salmon and Steelhead. Prior to the release of the final review, the IMST also completed an intial review which was incorporated into the final review. This review was requested by the GNRO.
May 8, 2008--Letter report to the Governor's Natural Recource Office (GNRO) reviewing ODFW's draft Middle Columbia River Steelhead Conservation and Recovery Plan. This review was requested by the GNRO.

October 20, 2006— Letter report to Oregon Plan Core Team evaluating the federal document "Sediment Removal from Active Stream Channels in Oregon". This was an independent review by the IMST.
July 27, 2006— Letter report to Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) evaluating the agency's draft document Technical Basis for Revising Turbidity Criteria. The review was requested by DEQ.
June 27, 2006— Letter report to Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) evaluating the agency's draft Agricultural Water Quality Program Guidebook. The review was requested by ODA.

On March 7, 2006 the IMST issued a recommendation to ODFW regarding monitoring native fish populations in Oregon.

November 26, 2002 — Letter report to Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) and Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) providing information on stream water temperatures and potential consequences for salmonids. The letter and clarification of information was requested by the two agencies.
