The Oregon Department of Fisheries and Wildlife Corvallis Research Lab implements many monitoring and research programs relevant to the Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds. Data and reports from these programs are available on their site.

StreamNet is a cooperative effort of the Pacific Northwest's fish and wildlife agencies and tribes, administered by the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission. The StreamNet web site provides data relevant to aquatic resource management. StreamNet runs a library of resources relevant to fish and watershed recovery.
Interior Columbia Ecosystem Management Plan (ICBEMP) - Many technical documents and datasets relevant to management of the Interior Columbia Basin were compiled by this project.
NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center - research on salmonids and aquatic ecology. NOAA Fisheries status reviews are also a useful source of information on salmonids in the Pacific Northwest.
